This time, Joe finds himself in Madrid, Spain, a city and country infused with culture, history and a love of the arts. Joe meets his co-host, Rosa, a trained flamenco dancer, at Puerta del Sol. Before Rosa teaches Joe to dance, she wants to show him the sites of Madrid, so that he may be inspired through the culture and art of the city. In the Calles Princesa and San Bernardo neighbourhoods, Joe sees great shops, cafes and a general art-school ambience.
