I had to purchase this book because I am taking a wellness class online. I have the online book however I guess I am old fashioned and just prefer a book with paper pages but it is so much easier to read and understand than the online book. The book was really in great shape and I intend to keep it because it contains a lot of great reference material. I would have given 5 stars however I highly recommend that things not be shipped thru DHL because they have gotten into a habit of shipping to the Dallas, TX area and then handing off stuff to USPS. DHL took forever to also ship and hand my package over to USPS. In the end, it would have been cheaper and quicker to use USPS when shipping to me and hope this helps to serve future customers. Overall I was very pleased with the book overall.
