"A Life Well Fished" was recommended in the Daily Herald by Steve Sarley, the Fishing Columnist. I saw it as a change of pace from all the other non-fiction books I have read. And I love to fish. I wasn't disappointed, in fact, its one of the best books I have read lately. Ed's style of writing was hilarious, and very closely matched my experiences growing up in the Chicago area these past 50 years. I too go to Canada fishing every year, and to read about Ed's fishing exploits with his buddies was like going down memory lane for me. There are to many similarities in our lives I could mention, all were fun to read and remember regarding his and my experiences. If you like to fish, and you live in the Midwest, if you go to Canada fishing, you will like Ed's book. He is a funny guy and his writing is excellent.Rod True
