My friend loved it after coming out of surgery.The gift cup was not a get well mug so it was a little awkwardI found this gift to be a thoughtful one. It’s a relaxing care package for essentially some R&R for the recipient, for a wide array of occasions.Lie on the couch with the soft, supple blanket, enjoy a nice tumbler full of wine, light a lovely, scented candle, put the small, aloe plant on the coffee table next to you for a cute piece of decor, cozy up in the soft socks to keep your tootsies warm, all it’s missing is a good read to come with it, but it has all the other bases covered for a relaxing and thoughtful gift, complete with a card inside for personalization.I’d personally add like a really good book, or perhaps a gift card in there, if this is for somebody really special to complete the experience. Maybe the receiver could lie on the couch and do a little Amazon shopping. Not a bad idea, no? It depends on who you are gifting to, but you can spice it up with an item or two extra inside, if you wish to. It’s got a tad of free space for something(s) small to add, but it’s also nice on its own. Again, depends on how close I personally am to the person, but it is thoughtful, and will be enjoyed by the recipient.The wine cup kind of implies a birthday gift, just to make you aware. It says, ‘not a day over fabulous’. Not that it can’t imply just being a fabulous human being. The blanket is so soft and pretty. Good size to cover up with or wrap around my shoulders. Both the candle and soap are gently scented. The faux succulent plant is cute and decorative and the wine cup is just perfect. Definitely a comforting and caring gift for a friend that needs a cheerful lift or would make a lovely birthday gift. Quality product.I got this for a friend going through a hard time. It’s pretty cute idea. The blanket, candle, soap and cup are nice. The fake succulent was lame so I took that out along with the weirdly thin socks. I added a couple of other things in their place to make the box nicer. I’m not sure why they couldn’t put warm fuzzy socks instead and maybe some lotion.
