I bought this for my 20 month old daughter. Her and I have more fun dancing around to this. It keeps you up and moving the whole time. She only lasts a few songs, but when she rests she loves to laugh at me dancing to it. the songs are fun and catchy and real easy for the younger audiance. It wears me out as well as her!! I was looking for something fun to do that was "exercise" with out being "exercise" and this video does the trick. i would recommend this DVD for anyone that has kids (toddlers).
